I also consult with fostering organisations that want to expand their therapeutic knowledge and resources. I support them by providing therapeutic training for their foster parents and social workers.
Supervision
As a Clinical Supervisor, I supervise the training of psychotherapists and the ongoing work of qualified psychotherapists and other professionals, such as social workers and health care providers.
I believe in creating a collegial environment in which each supervisee can reflect on their work and their reactions to it through a focus of mutual enquiry.Ā Throughout this process, my objective is to facilitate the opportunity for supervisees to practice ethically, develop new strategies, and attend to the safety of the client and issues of selfā€“care.Ā
