Why Work With Me

I’ve been where you are.
As a foster parent, I witnessed firsthand how trauma and emotional overwhelm shape connection and how healing and repair becomes possible with safety, attunement, and the right support. At the heart of my work is a simple but transformative belief: when you reconnect with yourself, you can connect more deeply with those you love most. I combine nearly two decades of experience as a psychotherapist and family connection mentor with a deep understanding of the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that influence how we show up in our lives and relationships. My approach is compassionate, evidence-informed, and designed to get you results.

Because of the depth of this work, I only take on a limited number of clients to ensure personalised attention, safety, and meaningful progress.
